SPICE Finance Ltd is a company incorporated in Mauritius (BRN C07018743), holding a Leasing licence with the Financial Services Commission Mauritius and a Deposit-Taking licence with the Bank of Mauritius. Applications, eligibility and approval

Communicating with us
When you contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email, you agree that we may reply through the same channel. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords or other highly sensitive data through social-messaging channels. Your use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram is also governed by Meta Platforms’ own terms and policies. How we handle the personal data you share is described in our Data Protection & Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it via our User Data Deletion page.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website and our channels lawfully and not to: misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy or exploit content beyond normal personal use; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the SPICE name and marks, and layout — are owned by or licensed to SFL and are protected by intellectual-property law.
